How was our Easter ????

How was our, Easter? It was GREAT (Tony the Tiger Voice). The only thing not great about Easter was that the weather was inclement. It rained most of the day and it was cold. There were no easter eggs to hide outside. No biggie we just did this inside. The laid-back menu my mom and I planned worked out very well. The chicken alfredo was a hit. The cleanup was super easy. It was nice getting to spend so much quality time with my family as opposed to fretting around in the kitchen. We did not end up with many leftovers which was also great.

What would we do different next year? We needed another hot dish and maybe a pie or cake. Mom planned several activities for the kiddos. They seemed to enjoy them.
