As grocery shopping becomes more challenging each week, I am working hard to provide you a menu for your family that will help you come in under $100. This menu is for a family of 4 and there should be leftovers for lunches. These meals are meant to be quick fix and will go along with your week and weekend activities.
Crab Enchiladas: Louis Kemp Imitation Crab meat 8 oz. 1.99, La Banderita Burrito Extra Grande Flour Tortillas 10 count 2.69, Ragu Sauces (will use another for later) 3 for 5.00, Fresh Mushrooms 8 oz. 1.99, 2 blocks of Best Choice Cheese (your choice, will use throughout menu) 2 for 5.00.
Alfredo Shrimp: Precooked Shrimp 12 oz. 5.99, use Ragu Alfredo above, Best Choice Spaghetti Noodles 16 oz. 1.19.

3. Chili with Hushpuppies: Ground Pork 1 lb. 2.99, Always Save Chili Beans .85 a can, Always Save Diced Canned Tomatoes .85 a can, Hushpuppies 2.99 out of the Deli Section. This assumes you have chili seasoning on hand. Save enough for toppings for the Twice Baked Potatoes. I realize that you might need to purchase an onion or a green pepper to go with this.
4. Soup and Sandwiches: Deli Ham 1 lb. 5.99, Always Save Loaf of White Bread 1.49, Best Choice 10 oz. Chicken Noodle, Tomato or Condensed (buy 2 your choice) 1.76. You can also use the cheese purchased for the first meal in this.
5. Twice Baked Potatoes: 10 lbs. of potatoes 4.99, use leftovers from chili and the cheese already purchased.
6. Bean Tostadas: Best Choice Tostada Shells 1.85, Taco Bell Sauce 1.69, Best Choice Refried Beans 1.85, use cheese from above.

7. Breakfast for Dinner: 16 oz. Smithfield Roll of Sausage 3.99, 1 dozen eggs 1.49 (your choice on how to cook), use bread from above and cheese and/or Taco Bell Sauce from above) Also use fruit 8 oz of (your choice, blueberries, blackberries or raspberries 2 for 5.00)
Breakfast: Pillsbury Toaster Strudel 2 for 5.00
Snacks: Blue Ribbon Ice Cream 128 oz. for 5.99. Use fruit or cinnamon toast for snacks.
TOTAL (before tax) $73.46
****This menu assumes you have a couple of things on hand, salt, pepper, margarine or butter and chili powder.
